Metonic’s third annual Multifamily Investment Forum, held on October 24th, featured three insightful panels covering the multifamily market outlook, debt markets, and Metonic’s developments and upcoming opportunities.

The first panel, led by Metonic CEO Yonatan Dotan and featuring multifamily economy expert Jay Parsons of RealPage, explored changes in the multifamily market and interest rates over the past 18 months. Parsons shared valuable insights on the Midwest market’s strength.

They discussed how agencies and bank lenders are perceiving the multifamily market, the effects of higher interest rates, and the future for over-leveraged and variable-rate borrowers.

In the third panel, Metonic principals Kassie Inness, Adam Kirshenbaum, and Trey Simpson, under the moderation of Josh White, conducted a comprehensive analysis of Metonic’s portfolio performance in the past year.
