Kassie Inness

As president of Metonic, Kassie helps lead the organization’s strategic direction, oversees day-to-day operations, and guides the team in executing the firm’s long-term vision. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, project management, and leadership, she is responsible for portfolio oversight and the execution of new development initiatives across the firm. 

Since founding Metonic’s development department in 2019, Kassie has overseen more than $500 million in ground-up construction projects. A graduate of Kansas State University, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science and Management. Her leadership is defined by her ability to align internal and external teams around shared objectives, driving long-term value across Metonic’s portfolio.
