As VP of Asset Management, Trey is responsible for oversight of Metonic’s asset management team, which is charged with driving the overall performance of the Metonic portfolio. The asset management team places a focus on data driven analysis & reporting, financing strategies, and value-add improvement plans. Trey was raised in Omaha, graduating from University of Nebraska-Omaha with a BSBA. Prior to Metonic, Trey worked as a Commercial Lender at a regional bank.
