Acquired by Metonic in 2018, the property has been named “Best Apartment Complex” by Best of Southwest Missouri for the past three years. Continuing an existing renovation plan, Metonic has renovated a majority of units, yielding an average ROI of 22%. The team is currently overseeing a wide range of maintenance and amenities improvements to enhance resident experience and protect the long-term value of the community.  

    • New Exterior Spaces – Created new gathering places with seating, grills, and a fire table 
    • Fitness Center – Renovated the fitness center with new, modern equipment 
    • Clubhouse – (In Progress) Renovating the clubhouse to maintain a modern luxury appeal 
    • Pool Improvements – (In Progress) Resurfacing the primary pool 
    • Pool Replacement – Replaced the secondary pool with an inviting green space

Campbell Flats Apartments is a 115-unit garden-style apartment community originally built in 1995. Acquired by Metonic in 2022, the team has undertaken a strategic plan to improve resident appeal through community renovations. These improvements include:   

    • New Dog Park – Created a new dog park for our four-legged residents
    • Package Lockers – Installed branded package lockers for the convenience of residents    
    • Safety Improvements – Installed additional emergency and exterior lighting 
    • Pool Furniture – Updated the pool deck with comfortable, modern furniture 
    • Curb Appeal – Stained exterior decks and replaced asphalt to improve curb appeal 
    • Unit Renovations – (Ongoing) Renovating select units with new fixtures, flooring, and cabinetry
