Since acquiring the property in 2018, Metonic has renovated more than 90% of units, yielding an average ROI of 22%. With the guidance of the APOGEE project management team, Metonic continues to make gradual improvements to the property, including siding and gutter repairs and updating clubhouse fitness equipment. This attention to detail has made the community a Southwest Missouri favorite and contributed to strong performance, with occupancy remaining consistently above 97%.
