As an Asset Manager, Evan assists with all aspects of analyzing the Metonic investment portfolio and evaluating the strategic direction of all assets. He also provides insight for the company’s financial modeling, lender reporting, systems and data management, and various other analytics. He is from Des Moines, Iowa and earned his BA in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa. Evan has past experience with financial analysis and reporting, and asset managing affordable housing investments.
