Evan Andrews

As Senior Asset Manager, Evan assists with all aspects of analyzing the Metonic investment portfolio and evaluating the strategic direction of all assets. He also provides insight for the company’s financial modeling, lender reporting, systems and data management, and various other analytics. He earned his BA in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa and his MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Evan has past experience in financial analysis, reporting, and affordable housing asset management.
