Q&A

Q: What are you most looking forward to over the next few months?

A: I am most looking forward to being involved in the beginning of developments. I am very excited to learn how these processes get kicked off and to focus on pre-development projects including underwriting and MEGA plans.

Q: How does your previous experience in property management inform your work?

A: My experience in property management allowed me to quickly take on responsibilities related to financials and CapEx projects. It also helps me dive deeper into the “how and why” behind property performance and projections, allowing me to develop a strong understanding of our assets.

Q: What is something you’re passionate about outside of work?

A: Something I am passionate about outside of work is spending time with friends and family. I highly prioritize a healthy work/life balance and always make sure to spend adequate time with my loved ones.

This or That?

Morning or Evening?

I am absolutely a morning person. Being able to get up and have some “me time” for a while is always beneficial. Cooking a good breakfast, putting away my overnight dried laundry… you just cannot beat it!

Call or Text?

I always prefer a text message over a phone call, unless the call is scheduled. Having worked in property management, I know how time restraining it can be to go through voicemails or missed calls, having no idea what you’ll be getting into. With a text, you can see it and respond as soon as you are able, typically having the context upfront.
