As a Real Estate Analyst, Daniel works closely with the Asset Management team to support investor reporting, conduct portfolio and property-level analysis, perform market research, and evaluate development opportunities. He brings well-rounded experience from his time at Lund Living and N.P. Dodge, where he held a variety of roles in multifamily property management. Daniel earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
