We were thrilled to open the doors at The Oaks at Lakeview earlier in June and share the exciting transformation that has taken place since our acquisition last May. It was a beautiful day to gather with investors, partners, and team members for food, drinks, and great conversation in the newly upgraded clubhouse and pool deck.
Community Renovations
Led by our in-house construction team, recent renovations have brought exciting enhancements to the property, including updates to the fitness center, pool, package lockers, and dog park—plus the addition of EV charging stations. These improvements have elevated the resident experience and added long-term value to the asset.
Unit Renovations
Guests also had the chance to tour a refreshed model unit and get a firsthand look at the strategic interior upgrades underway by our property management partner, Seldin Company. From new flooring and lighting to updated appliances and finishes, these renovations are already paying off, delivering an impressive ROI of over 20%.
The Oaks is maintaining strong occupancy and exceeding performance expectations—a reflection of thoughtful planning, great partnerships, and strong execution.
