Earlier this month, The Collection at Gretna Landing officially began vertical construction. The first group of homes and detached garages is scheduled to open this fall, with additional homes delivering in phases through the project’s planned completion in late spring 2027.
When complete, the development will feature 110 thoughtfully designed two- and three-bedroom cottages and three- and four-bedroom homes, delivering the privacy and comfort of single-family living with the convenience and flexibility of luxury renting.
