As part of its continued growth, Metonic is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel McCown as Senior Investor Relations Associate and David Kugler as Investment Analyst. These strategic additions bring a depth of expertise that will enhance Metonic’s investor relations and investment capabilities.
Rachel McCown, joining from Hines in San Francisco, brings a wealth of experience in investor relations, real estate acquisitions, and asset management. Rachel holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
In her new role, Rachel will collaborate with Josh White, SVP of Investor Relations, to expand Metonic’s investor base and drive business development. “We are thrilled to have Rachel join our team,” said Josh White. “Her strong understanding of market dynamics and real estate investments will be instrumental in driving our continued growth.” Rachel’s addition underscores Metonic’s commitment to cultivating strong relationships with investors and enhancing the portfolio’s growth potential.
David Kugler joins Metonic as an Investment Analyst in the Chicago office, where he will collaborate with the investment team on underwriting acquisitions, new developments, market research, due diligence processes, and other key initiatives.
David brings valuable experience from his previous roles at Arc Equity Group and JDL Development, where he worked across acquisitions and asset management. He graduated from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver with a concentration in Real Estate & Business Analytics.
