Metonic proudly unveiled Ravello 192, our flagship Apartminium product, in 2019. Its success led us to a second phase: the development of 68 additional Apartminiums situated directly north of the existing complex. This expansion, known as Ravello 192 2.0, was completed in Q3 2023. The entire development consists of 186 homes for those seeking a distinct lifestyle choice. The Apartminium is distinct from the surrounding market, which features a traditional three-story building.

Ascend on 75Bellevue, NE

Located two blocks from Highway 75, Ascend on 75 is quickly accessible to community amenities and services. Ascend had a record-breaking lease-up, reaching 99% leased just months after completion.

Capriana Homes will feature 149 Apartminiums and 11 single-family lots to be bought and constructed by Habitat for Humanity. The one, two, and three-bedroom Apartminiums will feature smart-home technology, high-end finishes, and attached garages. The community will boast valuable amenities including interactive fitness, micro markets, and package lockers. This development boasts proximity to schools in the Elkhorn Public School District – the top district in the state.

Millennium ApartmentsPalm Desert, CA

Millennium Apartments will be Metonic’s first California community, residing in Palm Desert. The community will feature a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom homes. Twenty percent of the 330-apartment home community will be affordable housing. The development will include resort-style amenities and will be the first new multifamily development built in the submarket in 11 years.

SquareOmaha, NE

Square Apartments will be a 73-home apartment community located in the heart of Midtown Omaha, adjacent to Triangle Apartments, which was acquired by Metonic in 2021. The pet-friendly community will feature a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom homes with desirable amenities, including smart-home living, package lockers, and a community room with a kitchen, gaming area, coffee bar, fitness center, and covered deck. Square residents will also enjoy the amenity set offered at Triangle Apartments.

Gretna LandingGretna, NE

Gretna Landing Apartments will be a five-building, 220-home community featuring a luxury clubhouse, pool, bark park, playground, pickleball courts, outdoor gym, and smart-home living. Located at 192nd & Highway 370, the development is situated within one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the Omaha Metro. The future Gretna Landing master development is the largest mixed-used project in Gretna, providing a variety of services to the area. Gretna Landing Apartments will be the only residential component of the development, which will be anchored by HyVee and Fleet Farm, providing a combined three hundred thousand square feet of commercial space. Other tenants will include multiple quick services restaurants, coffee shops, grocers, banks, and medical offices.
