Q&A

Q: What is your favorite part of your job?

A: My favorite part of my job is seeing tangible results. I’m very product-oriented—I like being able to look back at the end of the day and clearly see what I’ve accomplished. There’s something really satisfying about watching something move from an idea on paper to an actual physical structure. That transformation process is what motivates me!

Q: What are you most looking forward to in the next few months?

A: I’m really looking forward to seeing our build-to-rent products come to life. I’m especially excited about The Collection at Elkhorn going vertical in the next month—it’s always exciting to see that kind of progress on-site.

Q: What are your thoughts on the emerging Gretna development market?

A: I love seeing the growth and development happening in Gretna. What really stands out to me is the diversity of our projects—like the Apartminium and build-to-rent communities—which introduce unique amenities and housing options to the area. Soon, we’ll be offering our traditional apartment-style housing, single-family homes for rent, and our Apartminium product – all along the 370 Corridor. It’s exciting to be part of something that’s helping shape such a vibrant and evolving community.

Q: What is something you’re passionate about outside of work?

A: Outside of work, I’m really passionate about my family. Being a mom is a huge part of who I am, and I love spending quality time with my kiddos and creating meaningful memories together. Travel is also something I really enjoy—it’s such a great way to explore new places, unplug, and experience different perspectives. Whether it’s a quick weekend getaway or a bigger adventure, I love sharing those experiences with my family.

This or That?

Call or Text?

If it’s an urgent or important issue, I find a phone call is the most effective and efficient way to get things done. That said, I do love a good text message for quick ideas, updates, or questions—it’s fast, convenient, and keeps things moving.

Cats or Dogs?

We have both! A fluffy kitty named Charlie and our sweet rescue pup, Wrigley. It’s the best of both worlds—Charlie brings the cozy, calm vibes, and Wrigley’s all about waking up for snacks. They’re the perfect pair!
