This month’s “Meet Metonic” spotlight is Rosa Wasson, Metonic’s Asset Manager. Rosa is responsible for the operational oversight, project coordination and management of her portfolio of properties spanning from Nebraska to Texas.
Q: When did you start at Metonic/how long have you been with the company?
A: I was fortunate enough to have joined the exceptional team of brilliant minds on July 9, 2018. I was in Property Management for eight years prior to joining the Asset Management side of Real Estate.
Q: What is your favorite Metonic property and why?
A: This is a tough one, for I have a few fav’s. Ultimately, I’d say Lake Shore in Springfield, MO. We’ve done a whole property face-lift and it’s been amazing seeing a vision come to life. Also, the entire Lake Shore team are a dream to work with.
Special shout out to Las Brisas in San Antonio, TX too!
Q: What is something that you’re passionate about outside of work?
A: Outside of my career I am passionate about spending quality time with my family, my gal pals, and this precious thing called “sleep.” My husband is my rock and our children are the lights of our lives. We have a 7 year old, and just had a baby three months ago. Week nights and weekends you can find me hanging out with family and sleeping when the baby allows. I also like to sprinkle in the occasional girls night out – it’s good for the soul. 😉
THIS OR THAT
Summer or winter?
- I was born in August, so naturally I’m a Summer gal through and through (though I’m secretly a huge fan of Fall).
TV or book?
- Do Audiobooks and Podcasts count?
Day or night?
- I’m 50/50 on this one; however, peak happiness to me is drinking coffee and watching the sun rise.
Text message or phone call?
- Case by case scenario. I default to texting, but depending on the conversation, reaching out via phone call can be more valuable.
