Once an intern, now a full-time Investor Relations Associate, meet Molly Leith! Molly supports the Investor Relations, Finance, and Asset Management teams by leading initiatives to develop first-class investor reporting along with maintaining databases, systems, and software across the organization. Prior to joining Metonic, Molly worked as a Finance Associate at Wells Fargo. She earned a degree in Finance and Management from the University of Northern Iowa.
Q: When did you start with Metonic, and how long have you been with the company?
A: I began with Metonic as an intern in college. After graduation, I spent a year in banking and then rejoined the company last summer – so it’s been about a year and a half.
Q: What is your favorite thing about working at the organization?
A: The opportunities and collaboration within our real estate portfolio. I have been able to take on new and unique projects that I previously haven’t had exposure to. It has allowed me to really grow my skills in a short amount of time.
Q: What is something that you’re passionate about outside of work?
A: I love traveling and experiencing new cultures. My husband and I are about to make our second trip abroad this year! I’m also a huge sports fan – I follow both college and professional sports closely. Being from Iowa, I must mention that it’s a Cyclone state 😊
