As Finance Manager, Molly collaborates with the Finance, Investor Relations, and Asset Management teams to oversee Metonic’s internal finances, property-level accounting, and the preparation and distribution of tax returns. She also partners with the Development team to manage the construction draw process and works closely with the Legal and Asset Management departments to analyze, close, and monitor debt financing for properties. Additionally, Molly handles inquiries from investors and stakeholders. She holds a degree in Finance and Management from the University of Northern Iowa.
