Next up for our “Meet Metonic” team spotlight is Kelly Calderone, Metonic’s VP Residential Asset Management. A multifamily property veteran, Kelly oversees Metonic’s residential asset management portfolio and asset performance as well as management of portfolio development strategies.
Q: When did you start at Metonic/how long have you been with the company?
A: I joined Metonic on August 20, 2019. I am nearing my one year here and am so thankful for the opportunity to be here. I have loved joining the investment side of real estate.
Q: What is your favorite Metonic property and why?
A: My favorite Metonic property would have to be Lake Shore in Springfield, MO. It was one of my first acquisitions at Metonic and located in a city I spent three years living in. I have been involved in the large value add plan since the beginning, so it’s exciting to see the property evolve to a more modern look and style!
Q: What is something that you’re passionate about outside of work?
A: I am very passionate about my family. My husband and I are about to celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary and have three adorable fur babies. I also love completing house projects and checking out the newest microbrewery.
