Q&A
Q: What is your favorite part of your job?
A: I enjoy optimizing property strategy, aligning short-term objectives to long-term outcomes. Whether that be pulling operational levers ahead of a capital event, analyzing the potential disposition of an asset, or creating a unit-renovation plan, I enjoy connecting day-to-day performance with long-term value creation.
Q: How do you leverage technology in your role?
A: I’m constantly exploring AI solutions to refine analyses, streamline low‑impact tasks, and identify new ways to drive value creation.
Q: What is something you’re passionate about outside of work?
A: I am an avid college football fan. I follow the sport year-round, and it’s hard to schedule anything with me on a Saturday in the Fall. The Huskers are my favorite team, but I’m watching multiple games at once on Saturdays.
