This month’s “Meet Metonic (& APOGEE)” spotlight is Kayla Beller, APOGEE Project Manager. Kayla oversees project management for property capital projects, property rehabs, and ground up developments. She does everything from the initial planning of budget, space and design, and oversight of the actual work, to closeout of billing and accounting

Q: When did you start with Metonic/APOGEE and how long have you been with the company?

A: I started with Seldin Company in 2013 in the accounting department, then moved to the Due Diligence Coordinator, then Asset Management with Metonic, and ultimately Project Manager with APOGEE.

Q: What is your favorite thing about working at the organization?

A: I love the opportunities I have had to grow both professionally and personally at these companies.  As you can see I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge working in different parts of the organization and I am thrilled with where I landed.  The other thing is the people, I work with awesome people everyday that makes coming to work so fun!  I have gotten a puppy, gotten married, and had a baby all with the support of these wonderful organizations and people and couldn’t be more grateful.

Q: What is something that you’re passionate about outside of work?

A: My family and friends and spending as much time with them as I can, whether that be boating, watching football or just relaxing and hanging out.
