Continuing our “Meet Metonic” team spotlights, we’d like to introduce you to Adam Kirshenbaum, Metonic’s COO. Adam has been with the company since 2017, acting as outside legal counsel since 2013. A strategic and dynamic leader, Adam oversees Metonic’s operations, legal structure and strategic initiatives.
Q: Why should someone consider investing in real estate?
A: Real estate provides an opportunity for investors to diversify their investment platform while taking advantage of a consistently performing and cash-flowing asset. When done properly, real estate can provide an investor with an asset that can provide long-term cash flow and create generational wealth.
Q: What is your favorite Metonic property and why?
A: My favorite Metonic property is the Penn Mark property in Carmel, Indiana. Penn Mark was the first acquisition completed after I started with Metonic and the transaction provided us with the opportunity to introduce ourselves to a significant number of new investors that continue to invest with Metonic today.
Q: What is something you’re passionate about outside the office?
A: I have spent most of my non-working hours over the years coaching my son and daughter in various sports, including baseball, softball and basketball.
