Since joining Metonic, she has managed over $20 million in capital expenditures, handling $15 million in insurance claims, and spearheading multifamily developments totaling $152 million. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, she combines financial expertise with practical skills, holding a Broker’s License and Interior Design Certification.
