Gretna Landing Update – January 2026

Final Phases of Development

In December, Gretna Landing Apartments officially opened the third residential building. Since first breaking ground on the property in June of 2024, the construction team has completed the luxury clubhouse and pool area, eight of ten detached garage buildings, and three of five residential buildings. With the next 44-plex residential building scheduled to open in March, Metonic is on track to complete development at Gretna Landing in the summer of 2026.

Conveniently located within the Gretna Landing master development, the property offers easy access to grocery, retail, restaurants, and HW 370. The area continues to see strong development momentum, including Noddle Company’s recent start on a Nebraska Medicine health center just North of the property.
