Earlier this month, investors and partners celebrated Gretna Landing Apartments at an exciting open house event co-hosted by Metonic and property manager Seldin Company. Attendees enjoyed charcuterie, drinks, and conversation in the beautifully designed clubhouse and toured the community’s studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes.
Once completed, Gretna Landing Apartments will offer 220 apartment homes equipped with modern finishes and smart home technology. Community amenities include attached and detached garage options, a spacious clubhouse, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a resort-style pool. The clubhouse and two residential buildings are now complete, with the remaining three residential buildings slated for completion in summer 2026.
