A market study by Tracy Cross & Associates proves a pent-up demand for housing in Papillion. Additionally, it shows the project as favorable due to the proximity of transportation and employers.

Allora 168 – Gretna, NE

As another Apartminium project, Allora 168 will include high-end finishes, all-inclusive pricing, and top-end amenities including a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and pet park. Allora 168 is located within walking distance to Chalco Hills Recreation Area and is easily accessible from I-80. Per the market study by Tracy Cross & Associates, Allora 168 will outperform other communities in the area due to the all-inclusive pricing structure and the lack of inventory for quality homes for sale in the Gretna market.

Capriana Homes – Elkhorn, NE

Capriana Homes will feature 149 Apartminiums and 11 single-family lots to be bought and constructed by Habitat for Humanity. The one, two, and three-bedroom Apartminiums will boast smart-home technology, high-end finishes, and attached garages. The community will include valuable amenities including interactive fitness, micro-markets, and package lockers. This development has proximity to schools in the Elkhorn Public School District – the top district in the state. The market study by Tracy Cross & Associates views the development as favorable based on the strength of the Elkhorn submarket, proximity to employment and transportation, and the measured economic growth of the area.
