Since first breaking ground on Blair Crossing in August 2025, the development team has made substantial progress, with visible momentum across all four buildings.
Roofing and siding are now complete on the first building, and crews have moved indoors to focus on cabinets, trim, paint, and MEP finishes. The second building has also reached a key milestone, with roofing complete and siding underway. The remaining two buildings are progressing through various stages of framing, bringing the full site steadily closer to vertical completion.
Blair Crossing Apartments will deliver 132 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes to Blair, Nebraska — marking the city’s first major multifamily development in more than 20 years. The project remains on track to open its first building in early summer 2026.
