Metonic is pleased to announce the promotion of Trey Smith to VP of Asset Management.
As VP of Asset Management, Trey is responsible for oversight of Metonic’s asset management team, which is charged with driving the overall performance of the Metonic portfolio. The asset management team places a focus on data-driven analysis & reporting, financing strategies, and value-add improvement plans. Trey was raised in Omaha, graduating from University of Nebraska-Omaha with a BSBA. Prior to Metonic, Trey worked as a commercial lender at a regional bank.
