As Assistant Controller, Tom Lassek CPA supports Metonic’s day-to-day operations and growing portfolio. He works closely with the Controller on treasury, payroll, tax, and benefits, while also supporting investor reporting, data management, and coordination with external CPAs. 

Beyond core accounting responsibilities, Tom partners with the Finance team to design and implement efficient, scalable processes that support Metonic’s continued growth and long-term objectives. 

An experienced accountant, Tom earned a BA in Business Administration and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Prior to joining Metonic, Tom worked at a large CPA firm as an auditor and tax accountant.
