As the Asset Management Analyst, Kayden assists analyzing the Metonic investment portfolio and evaluating the strategic direction of all assets. He is also responsible for collaborating with all business divisions and stakeholders to effectively track, plan, and communicate existing and future asset management performance. Kayden joins the team with previous experience in commercial real estate, having worked as a commercial leasing agent, assistant property manager, and commercial real estate agent. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
