As an Asset Manager, Jesse oversees a diverse portfolio spanning both legacy holdings and strategic new acquisitions. He partners closely with property management teams to optimize operational performance and advises leadership on strategic sale and refinancing opportunities.

With an extensive background in commercial real estate finance and a deep understanding of market analytics, Jesse brings a data-driven approach to portfolio management. Over the course of his career, he has underwritten over $1B in transactions. Prior to joining Metonic, Jesse spent over five years in commercial banking, most recently as an Investment Analyst at Northmarq, where he honed his expertise in commercial real estate investment strategy. Jesse earned his BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
