David Kugler

As an Investment Analyst, David works closely with the investment team on key initiatives, including underwriting acquisitions and new developments, market research, and due diligence.

David brings valuable experience from his previous roles at Arc Equity Group and JDL Development, where he specialized in acquisitions and asset management. He graduated from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver with a bachelor’s in real estate and a minor in business analytics.
