As an Asset Manager, Christian supports the Asset Management department with all aspects of analyzing the Metonic investment portfolio and evaluating the strategic direction of all assets. He also provides insight into the company’s financial modeling, lender reporting, systems and data management, and various other analytics. He comes to Metonic with previous experience in real estate acquisitions, accounting, and leasing analysis. Christian earned his BS in Finance from Iowa State University.
