Since 2018, Metonic has demonstrated an impressive track record in multifamily development, with projects spanning 70 to 330 apartment homes, exceeding $410 million in development costs.

We’ve primarily concentrated on developing in the dynamic neighborhoods of Omaha and its neighboring suburbs, including Gretna, Bellevue, Papillion, and Elkhorn. However, in 2023, we broadened our scope by commencing construction on Millennium Apartments in Palm Desert, California.
