Crafting a premium amenities package is about more than a checklist of features. At Blair Crossing, the Metonic team designed community spaces around the resident experience, focusing on the small details that elevate amenities from nice-to-have perks to defining differentiators.
The heated pool offers bench seating for conversation and a sun shelf for children to play and adults to lounge. Out on the patio, a spacious gazebo welcomes large gatherings, while a secluded fire pit nook offers a retreat for quiet evenings. Inside, the fitness studio uses smart technology to guide residents through classes and keep their training consistent.
Keyless entry, secure package lockers, and attached garage options round out a community built around the way people actually live.
