The property boasts stainless steel appliances, a 24-hour fitness center, resort style courtyard, a dog park, and more. The property includes 5,000 square feet of commercial space and currently houses Bubbly Tart, a bakery and coffee shop.
Upon acquisition, Metonic transformed 5,000 SF of empty commercial space into three new luxury flats, providing more options for residents and additional revenue for our investors.
