Zach Humphrey

As an Asset Manager, Zach oversees a diverse portfolio of Metonic assets, including legacy holdings, acquisitions, and new developments. He partners closely with property management teams to drive operational performance and advises leadership on strategic sale and refinancing opportunities.

A skilled analyst, Zach brings a data-driven approach to asset positioning that maximizes value across the portfolio. Before joining Metonic, Zach served as an Intelligence Analyst in the United States Marine Corps in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, where he led and trained teams in complex intelligence operations. He holds a degree in real estate and economics from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
