Casey Smith

Casey provides asset management oversight for a portfolio of multifamily assets from Nebraska and Iowa, consisting of nearly 4,000 units. Her role includes providing direction to portfolio business plans and project/operational oversite. Casey has over eight years of multifamily real estate experience, specializing in affordable housing. Casey earned a degree in Humanities from Louisiana State University at Shreveport and an MS in Organizational Leadership and MBA from Belhaven University.
