The Collection at Gretna Landing
The first build-to-rent homes at The Collection at Gretna Landing are complete, with two additional sets scheduled for delivery in early October. General contractor Dicon is continuing construction on the remaining homes, and Greystar’s property management team is on-site and accepting applications.
On track for completion in summer 2027, The Collection at Gretna Landing will include 110 homes. The community is slated to feature a curated mix of two- and three-bedroom cottages and three- and four-bedroom homes with attached garages.
A Busy Commercial Corridor
The Collection at Gretna Landing sits within the Gretna Landing master development near 192nd Street and Highway 370, with grocery, dining, and the future Gretna Landing Health Center close by. Leasing signage is posted throughout the master development, and additional signage will be installed in the coming weeks to build visibility as more homes are delivered.
Small Town Charm
Gretna, just southwest of Omaha, pairs small-town character with the momentum of a fast-growing community.
The model unit at The Collection at Gretna Landing, designed by interior design firm Hutch, reflects that same balance of local charm and innovative growth. Earthy neutrals paired with rich-colored accents complement the community’s warm finishes. Additionally, small touches including scenic art, wood furniture, and greenery nod to the area’s agricultural roots. The result feels modern, welcoming, and more tailored to its community than most generic showrooms.
Build-to-rent: A new lifestyle option
Rising home prices have put single-family ownership out of reach for many households in the Omaha metro. Buying a home also requires a long-term commitment, providing little room for flexibility when jobs, families, or plans change. The Collection at Gretna Landing offers an alternative, giving residents the space of a single-family home in Gretna without the burdens of ownership.
The community is designed around comfort and flexibility:
- Space to live. The community’s single-family-style two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans offer residents privacy and space to spread out.
- Flexibility. Residents can settle into Gretna without the upfront cost or long-term commitment of buying.
- Included maintenance. Professional on-site management handles repairs and upkeep, so residents spend less time on home projects, snow removal, or landscaping.
- Private outdoor space. Yards give residents and their pets room to relax and play outside their own back door.
