Square Apartments in midtown Omaha opened its doors in Q1 of 2024. This premier 73-unit community features modern studio, one-, and two-bedroom homes with upscale finishes like stainless steel appliances, dark quartz countertops, garage parking, and a fourth-floor community deck. A vibrant mural—created in collaboration with Omaha by Design and LALA—adds a distinctive artistic flair. Thanks to the dedicated leasing efforts of the Seldin team, the property leased up before the end of Q2.

The first building at Gretna Landing Apartments is now complete, and move-ins have officially begun. Gretna Landing Apartments offers luxurious studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans, each thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and modern conveniences. Community amenities include a sparkling pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and convenient package lockers. While the initial phase is fully operational, construction on the remaining buildings is scheduled to continue through 2026, promising even more modern homes to come.
Made Major progress on The Collection at Elkhorn
Construction is well underway at The Collection at Elkhorn, a premier build-to-rent community situated on 25 acres at 192nd and Jones Streets in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Several groups of homes are vertical, and underground work across most of the site is complete. When completed, the community will offer a variety of thoughtfully designed two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes featuring private backyards, smart home technology, and attached or detached garage options. The first group of homes is scheduled to be completed later this year.

The renovation modernized the space with a simplified color palette, moving away from the original multitone browns to light, bright hues with subtle blue accents that complement the community’s recently updated siding.
