Get to know Kayden Pearson! As the Asset Management Analyst, Kayden assists in analyzing the Metonic investment portfolio and evaluating the strategic direction of all assets. Kayden joined the team in April 2024 after graduating from the University of Nebraska Omaha with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Meet Metonic:
Q: Briefly describe your role with Metonic and your favorite part.
A: At Metonic, I provide value by taking as much off the Asset Managers’ plates as possible, which can include market research, underwriting, and financial analysis, monthly/quarterly reporting, engaging with brokers/lenders, etc. I really enjoy the breadth of work, and I can easily say that no two days are ever the same.
Q: What are you most excited about after your first few months at Metonic?
A: I’m most excited about the opportunity I have to learn from savvy and experienced leaders. All the way from my team lead to the top of the organization and everyone in between, it’s impressive to see their scope of knowledge and what they bring to the table. It allows to improve day over day and for that I am extremely grateful.
Q: What is something you’re passionate about outside of work?
A: I’m a big Packers fan so I’m excited to watch them sweep the Bears and win another ring this year. 😉
