Torello on Maple is a 324-unit, garden-style apartment community in Omaha acquired by Metonic in 2019. The site overlooks the highly trafficked Maple Street retail area in Northwest Omaha.

Deer Park Apartments in Council Bluffs, Iowa were acquired by Metonic in 2016. Built in 2000, the 76-home apartment community features a mix of one and two-bedroom homes. Metonic sold the property in 2023. The sale achieved an impressive internal rate of return of 28%, a multiple of 3.0x, and an annual cash yield of 17.8% over a six-year hold period. The property was 98% occupied at the time of sale.

Triangle Apartments was built in 2017, and features a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes totaling 137 units. $8M of the raised equity for Triangle Apartments was from a 1031 Exchange transaction.

Lake Shore Apartments are comprised of 396 units in Springfield, Missouri. Metonic acquired the property in 2018. Springfield ranks #1 in population growth and is the third largest city by population in the state of Missouri. The site is located in a populated area, includes a private lake, and is nestled behind highly trafficked retail and amenities at the crossroads of two of the major thoroughfares in the city.

Ascend on 75 is a contemporary apartment community, located just 10 minutes south of Midtown Omaha and Eppley Airfield. The 107-home property features a mix of studio, one, two, & three-bedroom homes.

Latitude 41 is a 204-unit apartment community in Bellevue, NE. Bellevue is a suburb to the south of Omaha, and the site is located in a populated area with quick access to the main highway and primary retail centers.

Haven Apartments was built in 1992 in Ames, IA. Acquired by Metonic in 2021, the property features a mix of one and two-bedroom homes. Located minutes from Iowa State University, the community features on-site laundry, controlled access, and pet-friendly living.

Vita 72 is a 60-unit apartment community in central Omaha, acquired by Metonic in December 2021. Built in 1973, the property consists of one-bedroom apartments in a highly visible area of central Omaha. Community amenities include a sparkling pool, detached garages, controlled access, and pet-friendly living.
