Metonic was able to assist a single-exchanging investor in the deployment of approximately $6,500,000 of equity into Marbella Bay, formerly known as Sienna Apartment Homes, in Beaumont, TX.
Metonic completed a HUD assumption on behalf of the exchanging investor and is providing asset management and project management services to the asset.
Since acquisition of the property in 2019, Metonic has completed a rebranding and various value-add improvements.
