Legacy 23 is a 78-unit 1- and 2-bedroom apartment building in Columbus, NE. Acquired in early 2024, Metonic and APOGEE collaborated with our investment partners to execute a capital improvement plan to enrich the resident experience and create value.
Working with designer Melissa Williams of True Blue Interiors, the team transformed the community spaces, introducing updated furniture and bold accent walls that reflect contemporary design trends. Additional enhancements include the installation of a new maintenance shed and the ongoing replacement of exterior doors to improve function and curb appeal. APOGEE also led a landscaping refresh, updated property signage, and introduced convenient Parcel Pending package lockers.
