The commercial corridor at 192nd and Highway 370 has experienced significant growth since the project’s inception, with several businesses already completed and operational and additional developments underway. Most notably, Nebraska Medicine Health Center broke ground late last year and is planned to open in 2027.
Encouraged by the continued growth of this area, Metonic recently broke ground on The Collection at Gretna Landing — a 110-home build-to-rent community located near the site.
