We have several employees that spend time outside of work volunteering and helping others. We are proud to highlight them!

Karen Rossman
Karen is a frequent volunteer with the Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging. The ENOA’s mission is to ensure that older adults have access to a continuum of services that help them to remain active, independent, and in their own homes for as long as possible. She also serves as the secretary of Gretna Harvest Hills Elementary PTO.

Zac Leith
Zac Leith is the treasurer for the Nebraska Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). The Nebraska CCIM Chapter serves as the focal point for quality education, networking, and market services for the commercial investment real estate specialist, by offering resources enabling the commercial investment practitioner to deliver superior service to clients and customers.

Kassie Inness
Kassie has recently joined the Omaha by Design Advisory Board. Its mission is to contribute to a thriving metro by convening, engaging, educating, and advocating for excellence in people-centered urban design and policy. She is also on the Omaha Housing Affordability Consortium. They will meet throughout 2022 to relay information and provide feedback on the City’s Affordable Housing Action Plan.

Trey Smith
Trey serves as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Through their mentoring program, they create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. He is also on the finance committee at Spark CDI, whose mission is to profoundly transform disinvested neighborhoods into prosperous and thriving communities. Lastly, he is a volunteer Muay Thai coach at Mick Doyle’s Gym.

Olivia Ruhlman
Olivia also serves as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. She is also a Guild Member with the Women’s Center for Advancement. Its mission is to assist victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and stalking and their children to achieve safety and empower them to lead self-determined lives. Additionally, she is on the Chapter Advisory Board for the UNL Chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority.

Josh White
Josh is on the Board of Trustees for the Nebraska Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). He serves as the Leadership Development Committee Chair which involves recruiting and developing new talent for the Board of Trustees. The Mission of LLS is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

Jenna Herrick
Jenna is a mentor with Girls Inc. The Girls Inc. mentoring program is devoted to providing one-on-one, or group, female support to girls in need of social development, recreational opportunities, and emotional support. She is also a Guild Member with the Women’s Center for Advancement.

Bob Dean
Bob has recently joined the Together Omaha Board of Directors. Together Omaha’s mission is to prevent and end hunger and homelessness in the Omaha and surrounding communities. This is done through strategic partnerships and collaborations with other nonprofit organizations, government, businesses, and caring individuals.
